Assistant Professor, Ph.D

Dr. Abir Chihaoui is a sedimentologist at the LGR laboratory (CERTE, Tunisia). She holds a PhD in Geosciences from Université Joseph Fourier (Grenoble, France), where she worked on the sequence stratigraphy of Lower Albian carbonate and mixed series in the Slata and Hameima massifs. Her expertise covers carbonate facies analysis, petrography, sequence stratigraphy applied to carbonate platforms, and karst characterization, the latter strengthened by an internship at TotalEnergies (Pau, France).
